Lets take a new vote in your opinion whats the best software ever made to edit pictures images etc?
the best answer shall go to the person that provides the most Full Details to 1.whats the software name and if know who is it made by,2.why do you choose this as the best image or picture editor,3.is it expensive to download or buy disc,4.about what size in mbs or gbs is it,5.has it ever froze on you when editing images,6.could you edit animations in frames if know,7.and if could would you choose anything else for editing images or pictures

Photoshop as many others will say. Why are you making this seem like a competition? I think most people have better ways to spend their time than chasing yahoo answers points.
