About two months ago I switched DSL(up to 3Mbps) to Cable Internet (8Mbps) but after three weeks, downloading become so slow that it is much worse than DSL I had. What causing this and why? Can someone tell me what going on?

You may have spyware on your computer. Get the free Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition from download.com and run a scan with it.
Well as the first person said you COULD have spyware but i don’t recomend Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition. I personally recomend ewido anti-spyware which is part of Grisoft INC. makers of AVG anti-virus. It does the job of Ad-Aware, Spybot SD, Windows Defender, Webroot Spysweeper, and many others in just one little program.
Now to anouther possable reason is that DSL and Cable are different. DSL is what as deemed as dedicated IE it is a direct line to the ISP. Where as Cable is not and it is shared amungst you neiborhood. The more people that are one the Slower the connection. Cable has always said to be FASTER but all it does is have the CAPABLITY to be faster. DSL is always constant speed and now with most DSL providers you can get a 6Mbps speed which will be unwavering.
Download/Install then run startup.exe at:

Can’t live without it and windows…
Then disable and/or uninstall whatever u don’t need.
